Workforce BluePrint was launched in 2006 by Wendy Perry and Associates Pty Ltd (100% women-owned business) which was established in 2002 as Vocational and Educational and Training (VET/TVET) experts and strategists, alongside Career BluePrint providing career development and planning programs and projects.

In August 2018 Workforce BluePrint presented at a UNESCO-UNEVOC Forum in Bangkok, Thailand on Entrepreneurial Education in Australia and in November at the 2018 East Asia Pacific(EAP) Workshop jointly organised by Ministry of Education of Korea and KRIVET on the issue of 'Entrepreneurship through TVET in the 4th Industrial Revolution' November 8~9 in Seoul, South Korea.

This involved benchmarking approaches against Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.  Presenting on VET and Entrepreneurship at the UNEVOC TVET Leadership Programme 2017 in Bonn, Germany in September 2017, Workforce BluePrint worked with leaders from Armenia, Australia, Cameroon, Chile, Ecuador, Fiji, Germany, Ghana, India, Kenya, Korea, Malta, Mongolia, Qatar, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Seychelles, Spain, Sri Lanka, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, and Zambia.
