Meredith Baker

Meredith is our Administration Manager and has over 12 years experience in the administration field.   She has recently completed her Diploma in Business (FLM) and her skills complement our business well, providing expertise on a wide array of office functions, from marketing and accounts to IT and Powerpoint design. Bridget Hogg

Bridget is an attraction and retention consultant and runs HR Development at Work – Adelaide’s only specialist attraction and retention consultancy.

Bridget has over 15 years experience in HR consulting and works with industry skills boards, employer associations and public and private sector organisations, to help them develop and implement strategic attraction and retention plans.

Bridget holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in psychology, and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Institute of Management. Bridget is Convenor of the Australian Human Resources Institute’s Attraction, Recruitment and Retention Special Interest Group, and a Fellow of the Governor’s Leadership Foundation Program.

Leanne Shephard
